Ed,(Marie), This is your mom's friend (Mary) from UPS, Can't believe it's a year. When I saw the cake, it reminded me of my husband's (Rich) sisters cake 45 years ago. On the day of the wedding, the cake was in the box in the back seat, lot's of commotion, Rich sat on it. I think they still froze it, because of the wedding traditions, and were able to have a "taste" a year later. It tasted like year old frozen cake, but didn't look as nice as your. This year they celebrated 45 years! I'm glad you followed tradition. I think it helps in these days of quick pace, get it done mentality.
